I'm keen to drill, but I don't want to rush into something unsustainable.
Although I've not seen the JV documents, I'm guessing that no, CTP can't decide to just go out and drill in JV regions without the JV partners involved.
They also need to decide where they will drill based on the minimum work requirements. That's on top of the numerous other considerations - survey results, access, equipment, etc.
