How do you arrive at that Bruno if CTP have had to move the JV arrangement to arbitration?
Whilst I agree that it would be good from a cash perspective to have BG on board (JV partners are to spread the risk), if they are holding the company up with its future drilling campaigns then it would be better to have them out and look for another partner.
My guess management just want to bring the issue to a head and know once and for all if they are in or out.
