Well on the surface the Nov and Dec feasibility studies look to be identical but when you put them side by side there is a few changes.

On page 5:
The Nov edition: Construction(subject to securing finance)
currently targeted to commence MAR 2010.
The Dec edition: Financing MAR 2010. Construction MAR 2010.

On page 11:
Some of the cost comparisons between Karara and Balla Balla have changed.

On page 18:
The Nov edition: In discussions with other parties.
The Dec edition: Current discussions with other parties,
V and Ti ambitions will drive future sales.

On page 19:
Some new additions:New Chinese construction policy encouraging use of high-vanadium steel.
Steel mills with the technologtgy to convert high vanadium iron ores will capture sigificant value in the manufacture of high-strength steel products.

On page 20 The development timeline:
The Nov edition: Construction Phase 1 was due to finish the 3Q 2010.
The Dec edition: Construction Phase 1 was due to finish the 2Q 2010.(mabey Asian mill componants can be built faster?)

Interesting changes but we still don't have the $$$$$$.
