    I'm going to speculate that they have completed the frac job, but won't drill out the plugs until the pipeline is connected, and sales contracts are completed. That way they won't have to make any announcement until they are ready. Also, the price of oil and gas is going up each day, so delaying the start of production may be a wise financial move. Happy New Year to all.
