    Having just re-read the Previous Highway 71 announcement on Xmas eve, we can expect another announcement with flow rates by Wednesday, as stated in the announcement "the first week of January" lets hope they can stick to the schedule and the rates are good....the price seems to be holding currently with not many people looking to get out.
