This is a brilliant announcement, it provides hint on rig utilisation's. It looks like all rigs are being fully utilised and this is why they are going to provide some rigs later during the year. But mgmt has been lazy in providing updates. I expect excellent Q2 results and profit upgrade with more info in American contract extensions. Can't wait to see the results with a hope for dividend!
