considering the political unrest over the last few years in Eritrea it's hardly surprising that we are not seeing a price surge after the recent announcement.Had the mine been in a place that is not likely to be again invaded and the possibility of the mine taken over by who ever is in power we would most certainly have seen an immediate hefty price increase in DRA.
