I suppose the announcement is not as expected, however, reading the previous ann. dated 01/12/09, they stated that:

"The Company has received confirmation from Quantum Pharmaceuticals Pty Ltd
(Quantum) that production of ThermaLIFE Cream will commence in early January.
The increased testing processes of raw materials should further ensure the efficacy of
the finished product. QA and QC processes should be completed by the end of the
calendar year with production commencing shortly thereafter.
Regulatory clearances for the relaunch will follow the completion of the testing
program.
The Company will further update shareholders on progress early in the new year."

They've done exactly that in the latest ann. Production is on target and they are completing testing. Having said that, not sure what will happen tomorrow.

Is anyone aware of whether this product is Listed or Registered?
