Just got home and was eagerly awaiting news from PNO all day, and they did just that.

My take on the announcement when I first read it was "damn, no distribution confirmation" which would have lit a rocket in the share price.

It is good news, but not great to me, as they have confirmed production, but as others have stated it has confirmed what was stated in the announcement for Dec 09 that "production of ThermaLIFE Cream will commence in early January".

"the first batch"? sounds like a few units to me and was deliberate only for final testing to proceed before regulatory clearances. I don't think there is any mass production of ThermaLIFE at this stage? Would love to be proved wrong.

I don't think any company would mass produce anything which would then go into final testing, for if something goes wrong in the final batches this means "money down the drain" as you have to get rid of all those units, tweak the product and try again.

It is an OTC product which has its own positives and negatives, however if the distribution arrangements are secured with an experienced company this cream should sell.

I am hoping distribution involves marketing?

Questions that I need answered are, as others have stated include:

1 - How many units were in this first batch?
2 - How long is this testing phase going to take, what does it test, and what are the steps to conclusion?
3 - How long does it take to get regulatory clearances?
4 - What is PNO going to do IF something goes wrong in the testing phase and the regulatory clearances?
5 - What does PNO describe as shortly?

Not too sure if JP wuld be able to give me a clear response as it might be seen as sensitive information.

ATM I am not too sure how to play this and will probably just see the reaction tomorrow.
