guys yes its late.

yes if the Sp goes to 2c then they issue twice the shares then yes it drops back to 1c then yes you would sell and yes make nothing less your brokerage.

It comes down to what price they issue the shares at, what price u paid initially, what price the SP is at the time of the anns, how much cash it brings in (the uptake) and what that cash does for the company to move forward etc etc etc....as well as what the amrket thinks, what the traders think, and I could go on for ever.

Whos to say in the example of PNO the Sp gos to say 2c peak....then they anns 100% more shares at 1.5c .....the SP will drop to .75c or there abouts (through huge dilution.......then you have to cough up 1.5c to particiapct in the cr....so assume you buy the same amount again your ave is now 1.25c pr share.....SP may rise a tad due to influx of new cash say to 1c.....so your out .025c per share.

Something liek that...too many variables......but Sp are always pushed up above their true value to get people to particiapate in the cr at a price lower than the current SP to give the illusion they are cheap.....which of course more often then not they arent, howevr the cash can allows the company to make furhter revenue which inevitably drives up the SP over time.
