    warnie re cap raising, wouldnt the shares be worth the price of the company before cr plus the cash received divivded by the number of shares
    so abz company is worth $100 has 100 shares they do 100% cr at $1 so add another $100 cash and extra 100 shares.
    the company is worth the original $100 plus $100 cash divided by 200 equals $1

    so even though company has double the shares its worth the same
