    dont think its an issue for us... should have over a mil in the kitty

    800k+ placement done in Oct 09 for VIL .. at that time we already had over 500k

    but in all honesty .. even if there was a placement.. it'll be at favourable terms compared to that done in Oct 09 where 800k+ was placed at 0.8c per share... thats one lucky 'sophisticated investor'
