announcement?

Please excuse my ignorance, i know this topic has probably been beaten to death, but wth relation to the JV announcement, i have been reading conflicting timeframes on when this might occur.

I read somewhere that SDL have imposed a time limit to have the deal struck by June 30th, but havent seen any hard evidence to suggest this is the case. Other reports/timelines indicate July, while others even suggest the deal could be signed by year end..

The timelines on the SDL announcements all seem to either vary, or provide no solid indication imo.

I know this borders on speculation, but does anyone have any indicative dates that could put my confusion to rest.
