With the recent DSO upgrade announced, there are fewer and fewer reasons why this project shouldn't eventually get off the ground. I would personally be hoping to hear something within the next few months.
If we aren't able to secure a partner with the resources we now have defined (including the DSO upgrade and further targets at Nabeba and EP92), then I'm not sure we ever will.
