This is nothing but bureaucratic, face-saving, disingenuous (and precious company time and resource-consuming) humbug. The fact remains, THERE NEVER WAS any groundwater contamination resulting from CXY's operations at Kingaroy.

There WAS an erroneous (and in the apparent view of many here, highly suspect) lab report.

All that said (it should be shouted loudly into both ears of Kate Jones) I very much endorse Dex's 'look on the bright side' of it all. Now let the cat shake itself down, and fly.
