He came to BKP to get the company back on track, which in this he has succeeded beyond what most people expected and now that this is complete he will move on.
Now moving forward BKP will need someone with a different skillset to move this from explorer (proving up a resource estimate) to producer.. a much different skillset.
Nothing to worry about here, infact to me it shows that the company is satisfied with the position it is in as BKP has now got a new direction (moving back from scrambling trying to survive) to moving towards producer (depending on the drilling results and the Ryder Scott report that is!)
