I read it as he had 5m indirectly held shares (ie not in his name)...I would have thought that he would have had a lot more than that but couldnt tell from the announcement.
In part 1 this is where Directors need to declare any shares in his name - either he doesn't have any in his name or they are listed in someone elses name (e.g. wife, other entity etc). Still not sure what to make of it but am in for the long haul anyway so not overly concerned, just curious.
