Hi Legume
As i read and understand the legal jargon it would appear CHM could get at least 30 million or even more.It all depends the angle the legal team pursue Grimaldi and what profit there assume and any interest payable.
It could lead to quite a large sum for CHM but i have only a very limited understanding of this current situation.
Could be worth a punt at these low levels
