I think the litigation situation will, at least for the time being, take a somewhat back seat since it has the potential to drag on for a considerable time.
Both CHM and MMX have other things to deal with. CHM with the support of Cape Lambert will move forward with its own mining projects and Cape Lambert will also add to that both in terms of mining expertise and industry contact but also the possibility of other projects being vended in.
MMX have to deal with this Oakajee project which appears to have got somewhat "derailed". I only hope they can sort it out before the inevitable Chinese slow down which I might add is probably some way off but they have a habit of "turning down the taps" from time to time.
