Hi SDL Shareholders!, just a quick question about the announcement Appendix 3B new issue announcement.

What does this mean when it says that they are issuing more shares? 400,000 and issue price or consideration $.35cents and exercisable before march 2013.

Would this dilute the price of the share price?

I know it might be a silly question but i'm new with all this.

Also noted the there are a total 2,710,395,932 shares with SDL... is that normal?? that's alot.....
