    Well it effectively is folding with a 10c return. Liquidation sale at it worst.

    Can't believe though that management thinks it is a good deal. Relative to insolvency it is but the reality is things are on the up so they have just handed over the keys for nothing.

    I bought at 26c in 2008 and sold today at 13c. So I'm not a happy camper but one thing is for sure it will go down further. Having said that I made some money early when CER was bouncing around a little. more.

    The only hope that existing shareholders can be holding out for now is that the deal brings out a white knight with a bigger offer now that it is known it will be sold and Blackstone has the winning bid.
