This preso tells me Kingston is for sale at a reasonable price. Usually the science is only for an interested buyer behind closed doors, now it's out there for all to see in the hope that the project gets noticed.
A further sign that STX Mgt are tired of the softly softly approach - time to monitise this non core project and move on to bigger stuff.
Now that crude is back to before GFC levels the timing is perfect!
