I hope you're not running a business. If you read my post and understood it you'd have realised I was pointing out the ramping associated with the offer. I used the figures to demonstrate the ridiculousness of the positive spin in the ramping.

I am involved with the running of a business and if I were on the verge of a massive Potash deposit I think I would have held out and obtained a better raise for my shareholders, but that's just me. Sounds like a ludicrous idea to you obviously.
