The point you make may be the icing on the cake in regards on the price the 40 million shares that will be issued to acquire this asset. Will they be done at $2.50, $3 or higher.

Now that would makie me happy as Larry as they say. That little drop in the ocean of 6 million shares at 40c is a very little price to pay when Madam has got this world class asset over the line for us.
