IMO, the project updates is not TB's wording alone but the solicitor's authoring within legal bounds. I would be more critical on this area in the future as the management should be managing $$N asset appreciation and not stock price.

As an investor I would be more interested in seeing SP within the intrinsic value of the business.

Due to large outstanding common shares, the stock is sensitive to short term outlook of traders.
