Come on George, give hime the benefit of the doubt. He is probaly on a work lunch the bill came out and he did not realise it was an extra 4 dollars for the surf AND turf. Stressing out, not having the cash...he goes into the toilet on his I phone, sells 28 bucks worth of cluff at 0.6c then transfers the money to his savings and pays for lunch....Crisis averted!
On a serious note.. this has to be a good sign doesn't it? One day in the next couple of weeks the marlin will bite, he just aint gonna bother with whitebait.
