Have been following PDY for some time.

80,000,000 shares issued @ $0.01 (exersised $0.01 unlisted options) + 80,000,000 $0.02 unlisted options issued pursuant to exercised unlisted $0.01 options.

Read section 4 & 6 of Apendix 3B.

My first reaction to this announcement, some thing is rotting - run for the door, come back after share consolidation.
