reluctant to post on this new announcement as I dont want to appear to be gloating or suggesting i told you so following on from earlier comments. You would expect the cap raise will be at a decent discount to current share price. Also suggests that things have got materially worse in recent period. The cap raising is going to be dilutive anyway that you look at it unfortunately. Such a horrible price to be raising capital. Also if they are raising capital now it would suggest there is a possiblity that the bankers have tapped the management on the shoulder and said you need to tidy things up on the lending front. Action in VMG tends to support the theory of compounding negative news. Bad news seems to attract bad new unfortunately....and the chart says it all.
