The valuations are based on expert opinion.
The $5m valuation (or there abouts) is based on what ECT and the Calleja's agreed to (shares and $1m cash payment) when the IP was acquired.
The 2nd one is based on what Interssuise valued ECT based on assumptions. ps the valuation of $40m I quoted was very very conservative.
Surprised you asked me to provide references for my source. I would have thought you would have worked that one out.
