Companies go bankrupt when they can't pay their bills anymore. It has nothing to do with IP and theoretical values of assets. If the directors can't sign a going concern statement then she will be suspended. I don't mean to sound alarmist and obviously I don't think it will happen or I would have sold but that is a risk. Usually directors sign the statement based on being able to raise equity but that probably means another la Jo la pain trade and as they can't push it much lower I would expect a consolidation at some stage.
