From some of the above posts it seems a few think Quadtel is dodgy in some way.

Their old CEO Rodney Orrock, has recently moved to a position with Harvey Norman (there is still a Dennis Orrock at Quadtel, probably Rodney Orrock's brother). My feeling is that Gerry Harvey is an exceedingly astute bussinessman and is unlikely to hire people without knowing what he was getting for his money and would not hire anyone who was not 100%.

Harvey Norman also is Quadtel's client so they must of been inpressed with want they have seen.

    +++++++++++++++++++++++++
Quadtel Ltd (ASX: QTL), today announced that Rodney Orrock will step
down from his position as CEO of the Company effective August 1st.

"Leaving Quadtel was a very difficult decision to make and is the
result only of my own personal need for change as opposed to any
reflection on the company. I very much believe in this company, its
products and the highly skilled and dedicated team of people who work
there and have no doubt that the best is yet to come. As such, I
indulge in the opportunity to remain in the back-seat as a company
shareholder as opposed to leader," Mr Orrock said.

After completing 11 successful years as CEO of primarily Marketing
Results and then the new entity Quadtel Ltd, and with over 15 years
in the computer retail Industry Rod Orrock has decided to leave the
company and join Harvey Norman, an existing major client of Quadtel.
During his time at Quadtel, Rod lead the company from the start-up
stage to a profitable revenue generator with year 2001 / 2002
expected to close at $20m in revenues. David Ramsay, Chairman of the
Board and original Quadtel founder commented, "Under Rod's
leadership, the company has experienced impressive growth,
established a remarkable national sales and distribution
infrastructure, recruited high level management, acquired strategic
assets and has introduced innovative products. We highly commend
Rod's contribution and dedication and understand his desire to move
on." He continued, "on behalf of the Board of Directors I want to
thank Rod for his contribution to Quadtel and look for his advice and
support as we continue to meet the challenges ahead."

David Ramsay will assume the position of CEO in the Interim until a
    new CEO is appointed.
