It says a lot about a company when the most that can be talked about is the legalities of a share plan to the directors. However if this is all we have to talk about, here is my 2 pennies worth.

Show me any other penny dreadful who's directors have the audacity to propose such a greedy plan . Yes let me say that again GREEDY proposal. These guy's are paid employees of us the shareholders. What planet do they think they are on.

If you think that retaining these no show guy's is the biggest issue of this company - think again......
