- Sharon has choosen to bring in someone to run the company to production. Not pushed aside or resigned, but choosen to grow the company with new experienced people
- LCY has no real big insto's, so she isnt getting pushed out, she is the largest shareholder.
- timing of new ceo is around the NMDC completion
- already in advanced discussions with a new ceo
- recognises the need for greater skill set
- moving to corporate acquisitions, clearly future plans are to acquire some big projects, and they must already have some lined up.
- positive on NMDC, so likely a done deal
- Sharon still holding all shares, not selling out and running. Must believe in the future of LCY.
