Still no announcement. If it was worthwhile wouldnt they be trying to release some good news before even heads off to bed in the east? Cant seeing it being a big offer as time is against MMX for OPR and unless there is an "auction" going on between Japanese/Korea and China I cant see it getting above 50c which is what i paid about 5 years ago. Sadly seeing it rise up to around $6 and then come crashing down to 27c. Where was that sell button?
MMX cant fund their half of OPR so it puts them in a tough negoiating position. Lose the rights come Dec (I think thats right) so Mits make a reasonable offer enough to tempt MMX and protect their own investment (mits are probably the only ones that know the viability of it besides MMX) or China make a reasonable offer and say "Take it or we will wait for your rights to lapse and then build OPR cause your Premier loves us and really wants us to build OPR". My bet Mits to develop OPR, POSCO to develop the mine and hopefully all the delays are because China have lobbed in a counter offer and now the tooing and fro-ing is happening.

Just my thoughts no real knowledge. Could have it completely wrong.
