$9 mil through placements and $9 mill through financing
Add the $7 mil and this Note issue, we get the first $9 mil completed
Will still need a "real" debt facility to complete the 10 well program
If they class this as debt, it would be very dissapointing, given it is dilutionary.
At least it should be at a higher price than 1.7c
