I'm not understanding.

$9M Cap raise announced.

Then down to $7M.

Now $2.1M Loan facility.

Is that now $9.1M?

Is this better than just doing a $9M Cap raising?

I dont know if I understand the ins and outs but I dont think it is as Novus will have a lot of shares to dump at will. Surely SH would have stumped up $2.1M?

Went through this with Springtree and PRR. SP didn't move until Springtree were gone as they dumped everytime it moved higher.
