Have communicated my dislike for preferential treatment of SI previously, ...but in this case, the facility is provided at only a discount of 15% to recent VWAP so is already well above the recent Cap Raise price.


I can only guess that management needed the cash to capitalise on the current opportunities out there in the field.

The market certainly seems to like the ann, and as already mentioned by others, Novus wouldn't cough up if they didn't see the potential.

Lets stay positive and look towards the main ann (which was no doubt delayed while this was sorted out).
