We could have raised the $2.1 at the original raising of 1.7c that would have meant issuing just on 124,000,000 shares and the money wouldnt be avaliable untill probably close to the end of this month.

Instead we have raised the $2.1 mil by issuing 42,000,000 at the best case senario and 124,000,000 at the unlikely worst case senario and have the money now so they can get on with drilling. We are an oil company.

I know what I would rather have.

There is no ideal situation when you are short of cash.
