Thanks Rick Ive been involved in shares a long time and Ive found a positive but realistic approach makes for much more enjoyable investing and if your not enjoying it there is not a lot of reason to do it.
When you start blaming someone else for your own miscalculations then its time to get out, otherwise you will lose a lot of Money. Management are not perfect but they are at the coal face if you dont have confidence in them call them or just sell out and move on.
