Alternatively, this is market manipulation at its ripe. Big boys trying to scare susceptible investors into thinking the news is bad - hence the 5% decline - and trying to pick shares up at a cheap price from panic sellers.

VERY low volume - so hardly anything bad. would not surprise me if it is the same buyer and seller doing it to himself actually
