Very surprised about the Silica division potentially being spun off by Mid 2012.
If that is the case then discussions must be very advanced with a number of parties, otherwise you would not set another deadline for which you can be held accountable.
Strong emphasis on the company's cash position and incoming funds from MHMO. I think management are really trying to highlight that a CR is the last option. I also assume that they are not happy with the current SP given all the progress that has been made.
The only thing I thought sounded odd was that the 24hr ops will recommence in Jan 2012. A. It already is Jan and B. It is feb on Wednesday, so I guess they are starting 24hrs from today or tomorrow.
