You summed up nicely what I was going to post!
On a previous post of mine I was pretty well to the mark with the silica side of things time wise. Again if it has anything to do with shares held and given the timing of the announcement with option excise due in August, I assume option holders will be given the chance to excise to obtain similar entitlements to the main holders if this is the case.
