Well ckweb, I'd imagine OTML could dump their stock if they were suffering sh1t on liver after missing out on the JV, then again they could hang on for the ride of their life. I'm sure they would be delighted to take a %age of the profits of Andewa without having to do any of the work and I'm sure they'd have a completely watertight agreement to look after their part of the ship without interference from a competitor.
A t/o would probably be too hard now, they know they'd get into a bidding war with a huge competitor and end up either paying too much or missing out entirely. But who knows, funny things can happen, I'd have thought if they wanted the lot they'd have made an offer a long time ago; I also imagine they've been scared off by paying too much for what they currently own (relative to the recent sp).
