Thanks DH and HB, the Takeover option I saw as a truely aggressive move from any player at the moment, although OTML could have used the current SP to average down, maybe to late for them come tomorrow.

I see OTML as the thorn in FNT side with zero control on the drilling program.

As for the potential new JV, short to long term I am hoping that FNT maintain control of the drilling program of Andewa, if it is a JV. We have spend big on drilling rigs so lets hope any JV partner allows the rigs to continue operating using PM knowledge of the system. Also if that was the case surely FNT would be paid for the use of the rigs under a normal contract bases, adding to cash flow for further exploration in either PNG or Tassie.

WOW, FNT could become earnings positive if that was the case provided no major spend over the next 12 months, great position especially with the global situation continuing to drag on.
