be an endless dribble of time delays i suppose even if mmk go to court for hearing in three weeks would the judge really make a decision on the day. If MMK wins surely the shareholder would have right of appeal and so on an so on perhaps MMK should buy this ladies shares out and be done with her if it was all genuine etc...who knows
