my speculation..
1. The injuction sorted and T/O back on track
or
2. Victor has pulled out and the MMK T/O off
or
3. Counterbid for FMS by RIO, Anglo-American or a Chinese co
or
4. Some other surprise Gary and SMS management are famous for...maybe they've found coke bottles instead of diamonds....again
