I think this must relate to the legal stoush that AMCI and AQA are having. AQA seems to take all of their business partners to court. They have given Vale a headache for years in coal and will probably drag this out for many years to come IMO. Probably shows why the CUL share price has lingered for so long with such a valuable resource. This announcement does nothing to improve anything for anyone, least of all the shareholders. CUL management seem to have lost the plot IMO. DYOR
