Very promising industry in the US, these ADRs may attract quite a bit of interest.
Main competitors to Redflex Traffic are ACS and Nestor at this stage. ACS stuck with wet film way to long and have faded fast, Nestor had a shocking year and there has to be doubts if they can continue much longer.
Nestor's revenue for the quarter to 31/12 was US$1.551 million and loss was US$1.959 million with 21 new systems installed compared to the Redflex figure of about 200 new systems installed during the same period.
