    Howdy eye, sure is hard to believe. Nestor has about 70% insider shareholders, they just tipped in another US$6 million. Accumulated losses of about US$45 million, judging by the comments by posters to their thread on Raging Bull in the states no one seems to have a clue about the actual position of Nestor.

    The Yanks will probably steer clear of the Redflex ADRs, the Redflex profitability might scare the pants off them.
