    I suspect that the main drag on the share price is probably the uncertainty regarding the new management team. What is not surprising is that they cleared the decks when they started - straight from the new CEO playbook. Whether or not they manage to get SWL performing to the standard (or better) that is has in the past is yet to be seen.

    If they do, this will be a great company to own. The dividend alone covers pretty much any downside though.
